Spot created for Nike’s ‘The Human Race 10k’, by BBDO Argentina.
Several characters made of post-it notes, each one representing a different country from Latin America, compete face to face, on a frame by frame animated race through Buenos Aires. Finally the Argentinian runner beats the rest, and the copy appears : ‘Don’t forget about Argentina -- The Human Race 10k -- Nike’

I love the pixel language generated by the post-its, the camera direction, how they play with the characters’ shadows, and the animation all around Buenos Aires is pretty well executed too. My only complaint is about the type at the end: it looks weird with lower case and uppercase letters going on on the same line, they could have taken a good pixel font and worked with that instead of just messing around (at least that’s what it looks like to me).
